Coming from a multi-cultural background, I have always been surrounded by different cultures. My father’s work entailed much traveling and through this, I experienced meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and have come to appreciate and learn about the unique cultural history and narrative that each individual carries.
My lived experiences have shaped my client-centered approach in therapy – promoting and building a foundation of inner awareness to overcome change and challenges.
My practice is trauma-informed, and incorporates various techniques from Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Attachment-based techniques. In addition, my work experience with youth has provided the opportunity of incorporating creative mediums in session which include expressive art.

Everyone has a story, and no two stories are ever the same. I believe that it is important to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment that acknowledges the individual, their unique experiences, culture, skills, and values as a whole. Therapy is an opportunity for connection and growth –this is made possible by the lived experiences you share and the knowledge you hold.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and incorporates Somatic Experiencing, and Narrative Therapy. I also draw from various therapeutic techniques to ensure my services are client centered and tailored to your needs. I am passionate about art and play therapy, and am a member of the Canadian Association for Play Therapy.
